Change of Mind Orders

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or order incorrectly.
If so, you are welcome to return your item under the following conditions:
•    We will refund the purchase amount, excluding the original postage cost.
•    Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
•    Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
•    Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return.
•    Luxe Fragrances will refund or replace any damaged or faulty items at no additional cost, provided the claim is made within 30 days of the purchase date.
•    This will be classified as a free return — Luxe Fragrances will cover the delivery fee to send the item back to us.
•    Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
