Bought 2 pair of UGGS. One pair was perfect for my partner. The other pair was unsuitable due to opening being too small to get my feet into them. Applied for a ‘return’. Promptly received return notification. Packed up the UGGS and put in the post. Received a refund within 3 days. Have now ordered UGGS with side zippers. Very happy with customer service. Quiet rare these days.
