The product helps me with my Thyroid condition. Even I’m taking my regular medication I still feel tired and having less energy during the day. After taking the product only for a few days I can see an improvement already I can sleep better during the night and my energy comes back. Of course it will not completely change within a week but with constantly improving after a month or 2 it should be much better.

Refunds/Returns:
Your satisfaction is our first priority at MuscleU. If your item is damaged in transit or not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a refund. All returns are subject to our receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused/factory sealed and saleable condition.
Damaged/Faulty Product
Please be aware that MuscleU is a retailer and not a manufacturer. Occasionally an item may be received faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to offer either a refund (less shipping) or a replacement upon return of your faulty item. Please note that as MuscleU operates as an online store, return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, and MuscleU will be happy to offer complementary shipping for the replacement item to be shipped back to the customer.
Change of Mind
Bought something and then changed your mind? No problem at all, MuscleU will be happy to accept the item back within 30 days for a refund (less shipping), as long as the item is unused, factory sealed and saleable condition. Please note, we cannot accept back any 'change of mind' returns of supplements, accessories or clothing that have been opened, used and/or worn.
Returns Process
All returns must have a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Please Note: Items returned with no RA number will be rejected. To receive your RA Number, please contact us . In your message, please include the following information below. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further return details:
- Your order number if known (appears on the top of the invoice).
- Your name and address.
- A description of the item you are returning.
- Reason for return.
Once you have received your RA number, please carefully package your item and post it to the address provided. Items that are not sufficiently packaged and then damaged in transit will be rejected and returned at the customers expense.
To return your product, please contact us via your MyDeal account. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
