Pleasantly surprised! It was such a great price that I had my concerns about the quality but I needn't have worried! Soft and plush, easy to vacuum and keep clean and the suction backing keeps everything in place. Also the colour was true to the image. The cat, dog, child love lounging on this soft rug and it really ties the room together so couldn't be happier!

It’s huge and I can’t imagine it will fit in my machine, but great value, doesn’t slip and sits nicely!

Lovely rug, very soft and exactly like the pictures for colour etc. Also lightweight so easy to move and position. Being washable a bonus!

Order Cancellation
We may cancel your order in limited circumstances where it is out of stock or damaged, or there is an error in the product listing (including the product price). You may cancel an order after placing it if it has not been processed with our warehouse. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.
Change of Mind
We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘as new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item you wish to send back because you have changed your mind.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues.
