This rug is beautiful and matched our color scheme even better than photos showed. Loved it so much I put it under dining room setting so now need another rug for original intended spot ire lounge room.

This is the third rug I have bought in this brand. They are very plush and have lovely patterns and sizes to choose from. The prices are excellent for the quality of the rugs.

The quality of the rug for the price is excellent. Selected for the bedroom, soft and silky under feet. De-fluffs a little at first vacuum. Delivery was great, including updates day of delivery by phone call from courier.

Order Cancellation
We may cancel your order in limited circumstances where it is out of stock or damaged, or there is an error in the product listing (including the product price). You may cancel an order after placing it if it has not been processed with our warehouse. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.
Change of Mind
We may allow change of mind returns if your product is in ‘as new’ condition. It must be unopened, undamaged, and unused and returned to us within 30 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item you wish to send back because you have changed your mind.
Damaged or faulty items
If your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or has other issues, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving your issues. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
