All deliveries are made via Australia Post with options to suit your needs:
Metro Areas:
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days
Regional Areas:
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, re-delivery or redirection fees may apply.
Change of Mind Returns:
We want you to love your product, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know.
Most products come with a 30 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 30 days from the purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once we've received it and inspected, we'll be able to help you resolve it.

The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some products may have a different warranty period; please check the description. Should an issue arise with your order, please get in touch with us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
