Any faulty or damaged stock received within 30 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly through the fault of the Order Huge System will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer or a full refund of the initial charge.
Order Huge will pay for postage or send you a free return label if you've received an incorrect or damaged product.
To make sure that our customers buy products from us with a free mind. We offer 30 days return/exchange on all of our products(if it's faulty or damaged)
For a change of mind, we offer a refund if we received the product in new condition with all the labels returned to us within 7 days and 14 days for an exchange. Please note: the customer has to pay for the shipping for any return related to a change of mind.

You may cancel your order before your order is shipped by contacting us direct. We do not accept order cancellations via email or when an order has been shipped.
Customer must ship all Warranty returns in careful compliance with the Packaging and Shipping Guidelines. Failure to do so may void the Product's warranty. We advise the customer to keep the original box and packing materials for storing or shipping. For a Warranty claim, the customer must return only the Product. Prior to shipment, the customer must remove and retain all "add-on" items, (i.e. adapters, cables, manuals, etc.). OrderHuge does not accept responsibility for these items and they will not be returned with the repaired or replacement Product.
All products should be returned to us in the original shipping container or a suitable box with sufficient protective wrapping. Please make sure that if any part of the product sticks out from the main unit that it is well protected.
OrderHuge is not responsible for product lost during shipment. All products being returned for Warranty repair or replacement must be sent freight prepaid. Each box must reference the following information: Customer/Contact Name · Return Address · Phone Number. Shipments not properly identified will not be processed. We may revise these guidelines from time to time.
