Delivery Information

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via our trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Metro areas: 3-7 business days

• Regional areas: 5-10 business days

• Remote areas: 7-14 business days

   

Important Delivery Notes:

All orders include tracking details, which will be provided once your order is dispatched.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers—please provide a physical address.

If your order is delayed or you experience any issues, please contact us  for assistance.

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a resolution.

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Simply contact us for return approval. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will arrange an agreed resolution.

Please Note:

• Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

• We are not responsible for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we recommend using tracking and/or insurance.

Warranty Claims:

Most of our products come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturer faults. Some products may have a different warranty period—please check the product description for details. If you experience an issue with your order, contact us  to raise a warranty claim.
