I love the Marble Wine Cooler, it chills the wine perfectly and keeps it cool to the last drop. I had an old one which I loved and thought it ok until the new one, I now know the old one had had its day. I think it was about 10 years old or so, it did a good job. I also have a Champagne one and wish the Marble came in Champagne cooler, hope so.

Rookie error. I thought i was paying $11.95 for a set of 6 steak knives but it was only for a single item (my confusion). However the single useless knife i did ereceive is nice, sharp and easy to use!

This little tower was a gift for my daughter and the black stand and wooden shelving matched the furnishings in her new home. The comment received was “I love it”

Love the towers. I have now purchased 2x 3 tier and 2x 4 tier for displaying photos in cabnets and not for food. Many ways to use this product.

We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.
Shipping / Postage
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
