Quality Rugs and Furniture is an Australian-owned business that sports a massive collection of rugs and furniture in various colors, sizes and designs. We import various collections from around the world; Primarily Afghanistan,Iran, Turkey, Malaysia and China, and combine this with our Australian-made products to offer everyone something. We are constantly updating our stock to stay up to date with the latest designs and colors to help our customers keep in touch with the latest style trends. Originating in 2011, Quality Rugs & Furniture started with a single brick & mortar store in Dandenong, Victoria. Since then, we have grown to have four physical stores across Melbourne and our online store. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing high quality and stylish goods to our customers at industry-leading prices. We can offer such low prices as we directly import all our items ourselves and then pass on our customers' savings. Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your product so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know.

Most products come with a 14 day change of mind policy. If at any time within the first 14 days from purchase date you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Please Note:
  • Postage is paid by the customer
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included
  • We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
  • Fees may apply
Warranty Claims:

Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the product description for this. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.
