All Furniture & Products:
In addition to the rights granted by applicable statute (including the Australian Consumer Law), if you change your mind you may return the product within 7 days of the date of (a) purchase, for instore purchases, or (b) delivery, for online purchases, provided that the product is:
- Must be returned in its original condition;
- Must be in its original unopened and sealed packaging; and
- Must be accompanied by proof of purchase (the sales receipt or another acceptable form of proof of purchase).
Excluded products are:
- Clearance and sale products;
- Products sold as seconds, floor stock, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product;
- Upholstered and furniture products;
- Made to order products – products which are made to individual customer specifications, including custom made furniture products, or custom fabric products, which have to be ordered specifically for a customer.
Items posted are at the customer’s cost and risk, and quality furniture shall not refund customers for any products that it does not receive, or that it receives which are broken or damaged.
Except as set out above, Quality Furniture shall not provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, unless Quality Furniture chooses to do so at its absolute discretion.
If Quality Furniture does accept such cancellation, the customer must pay an amount of 25% restocking fee to Quality Furniture which in Quality Furniture reasonable view reflects the loss that Quality Furniture will suffer as a consequence of the cancellation (including but not limited to storage fees and any mark down). Quality Furniture shall set off this amount against any moneys already paid to us by the customer for this product, and refund the balance. For any cancellation charges over and above what has already been paid to Quality Furniture, the customer must pay such amounts to Quality Furniture within 7 days of Quality Furniture’s request to pay.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Once placing your order no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you find you have entered the incorrect shipping details please contact us and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
The Quality Furniture Team pride themselves in hand checking every item and thoroughly inspecting, all goods before they are sent out to you.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of size.
Quality Furniture is happy to help you out with a refund if the product you have purchased is:
- Significantly different from the description shown
- If it is faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced.
If you wish to return your product/s to change of mind you are eligible for 7 Days for a credit only. Your credit note will last 12 months from the date of issue. You are only eligible to receive a full refund, if the goods are faulty and can't be easily fixed or replaced or are not as described. When waiting for your item to be returned to our Warehouse please continue to pay your payments.
