Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders with reputable courier partners, and every order includes a tracking number.

All items are dispatched from our Brisbane-based warehouse, with delivery typically taking 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during peak periods, including Christmas, New Year's, public holidays, and Easter.

Note: We currently deliver within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns & Refunds

Individual Item Purchases

We accept returns of most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, subject to certain conditions, for a full refund. Returns must be in their original packaging, and we may request photographic proof before approving any return.

If an item is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will only be issued after the faulty item has been received and inspected by Raw Beauty Box.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

All refunds and returns are at the absolute discretion of Raw Beauty Box and are not automatic.
