I have waited six weeks to write this review to ensure its accuracy for future purchasers. Delivery was several days from online purchase and I knew I'd need help to unbox it from previous reviews which said the mattress was quite heavy. I enlisted the help of two sons. They unwrapped it on the bed frame and were amazed at how the mattress assumed a mattress shape, I have been plagued with lower back pain for years and that pain has miraculously disappeared. I cannot praise this mattress enough. Definitely 5 star. It is a medium firm mattress and the sides are solid so no slipping when seated before getting up. I am using a mattress topper but only because it was on the previous bed and I don't have room to store it elsewhere. It is without doubt the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in. Top quality and highly recommended. So very glad I read all the reviews to help me make an informed choice.

Extremely comfortable and up to the mark product, better than expected with one huge exception. Handles shown in the picture aren't handles but just sewn design. I really wonder why these aren't straps to lift and handle the heavy mattress, photos are very misleading and handling of the mattress without these perceived side handles is very difficult

This is the second Elite mattress I bought, always like them. The delivery is fast and the parcel is well packed. Recommend to all who prefer mattress with hard back support but need soft surfaces!

I have not opened my Queen Mattress yet, but I have a single and a king-size mattress of the same brand which we love.
