My Beagle has 2 of these beds. One for day use and one for night use, just so as I don't have to keep moving them. She has always loved these beds, heaven help us if they got lost! Great value too. PS Her old one is now in her kennel.

Lucy just L-O-V-E-S her new bed!! Woof woof :) She snuggled into it as soon as it was placed in her house. More importantly, she didn't try to chew it up, even though she's thirteen years old and has done so in the past :( A real find for her. She's a large bull mastiff cross, so a comfortable bed is really important for her, and we have found one that she just loves. Great for her in this colder weather too.

Probably the second best bed frame I've ever had, next to the solid oak one I had 20 years back. Yeah sure, you're most likely gonna need to tighten the bolts down the track but that's easy enough. Absolutely recommended.

My cats love this as they are big and can stretch out on it. I didn't attach the tube part as it was too small and they would only be able to fit their head in it.

For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:
defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.
And will be voided for things such as:
normal wear and tear
damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets and so on
commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:
repaired,
replaced, or
refunded
