This seller is awesome. I received the fridge-freezer from Melbourne to Perth in a week, the quality and value for money was great, I was only disappointed that it didn’t have reversible doors, so I made contact with the seller and from there it was smooth pleasurable correspondence as the seller was kind and offered to have it picked up from my home and paid for it to be returned to his company. Easy to install in our caravan as a replacement for a similar Chinese fridge that finally gave up the ghost after 9 years of continues service. It runs a lot quieter than the old one and is working perfectly so far, hope I get another 9 years out of this one too. The dimensions on the site were accurate also, which made planning to fit it much easier.

The product is very good but unfortunately I clicked on the wrong one. I was after the one with the side rails and extra height bar in either 4 or 5 step My fault 🤔.

The 5 step ladder is safe to use and easily stored. Good value for money. Delivery time was good and shorter than expected.

REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
Our policy for change of mind returns last 14 days from the day order was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your item has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. We can help you with shipping and provide you with a return label. The shipping costs for original delivery and for return will be deducted from your refund, as well as a 5% re-stocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If the return is rejected we will notify you with the reason and we will work with you to find an amicable solution.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
