I use the trolley for taking heavier items up and down in lifts in apartments. The rubber wheels don't damage floors and are not noisy and the trolley is very maneuverable. It folds up easily and compactly and sits neatly behind passenger seat on floor in my car. It has a foldable solid base which supports heavier items well. It saves many trips and my back!
