We dispatch all orders within two business days. You will be provided tracking via the Marketplaces once we ship the order.

Items can be returned within 30 days of your parcel being shipped to you.

All products returned must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. Please note, you are required to cover the costs of returning the goods to us for any change of mind returns. Refunds for all purchases will be given using your original payment method and you should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please note that if you return an item due to change of mind and your order had a freight charge, you will receive a full refund for the item, we do not refund the original shipping cost If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We recommend that you use a tracking number for your returns parcel as we do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.
