It was very easy to order my new Breville slow cooker through MyDeal and I have found it very efficient to cook with great outcomes for my recipes. I have found it terrific to cook my casseroles on the countertop instead of using a hot oven, especially in summer. Very happy with the product.

Damaged in Transit or Dead on Arrival
Where possible please reject delivery and Billy Guyatts will arrange a new unit upon return. Where goods have been received please call Customer Service on 1300 727 967 within 24 hours to arrange return. Customer service will assess the damage and if applicable will organise an exchange, refund or credit. Billy Guyatts will pay the freight cost if the product is being returned by supplying a Return Label. Goods must be returned complete in their original packaging. You will need to attach the label and take the goods to the Post Office or Parcel Point location for despatch.
Please allow up to 10 days turnaround for the replacement of damaged goods (longer for WA and remote areas). Replacements cannot be despatched until damaged goods are received. Billy Guyatts will not be responsible for additional damage during the return process.
Please note - goods that are deemed not to be DOA will either be returned to you at your cost, or refunded net of the cost of return and a restocking fee. As such, please be careful to fully test the product prior to requesting a return.
Please note photographic proof may be required for damaged items.
Faulty Goods - Under Manufacturer's Warranty
Most large appliances will come with an in home warranty. As such we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a service call. If you have any difficulties with the manufacturer or supplier, please do not hesitate to contact us on 1300 727 967 to resolve your issue.
For smaller appliances, please contact us to arrange a Return Authority number (RA) for the return of your goods.
Billy Guyatts will cover the cost of return in the first 30 days, it will be the customer's responsibility to return the item after this time.
You may request a replacement or refund as preferred. Where goods are no longer available a refund will be issued. If we have already replaced an item once and you have a further issue we will be unable to replace a second time and will issue a refund.
It is recommended that returned items are sent via registered post to enable the goods to be tracked. Billy Guyatts will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Goods cannot be replaced until the faulty goods are received. Change of mind
If you change your mind about your purchase you have 10 days to get in contact with Customer Service on 1300 727 967. As long as the product is in the same condition as it arrived to you with all packaging and accessories we are willing to accept a return. Please note a 20% restocking fee (or a minimum $10) will apply and return postage is at your cost. Initial postage/shipping charges paid will not be refunded.
Please note we are unable to accept change of mind returns for any products that have been used.
If you're buying something that will be used in a commercial environment you may not be considered a consumer under Australian Consumer Law. As such the manufacturer's warranty covers a limited period (typically 3 months). Note that all Westinghouse, Kelvinator, Chef, Simpson, Electrolux and Dishlex dishwashers come with no commercial warranty.
