Estimated Delivery Times

We aim to deliver most orders within 2-5 working days if placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday (subject to stock availability and courier network conditions).

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather events, peak periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy & Redirection Fees

To ensure fast and smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address details at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, or if couriers are unable to access your address, a re-direction or re-delivery fee may apply.

Courier Charge Adjustments

If additional courier charges apply to your address (e.g., rural delivery, bulk items), we will contact you before dispatch to confirm and arrange payment of any outstanding delivery fees.

Warranty Claims:
Most of our products are supported by a 6-month or 12-month warranty depending on the product condition:

  • 12-month warranty on all brand-new products

  • 6-month warranty on all pre-owned products

  • 6-month warranty on refurbished/reconditioned products (Effective from 2nd July 2025, unless otherwise specified)

Should you experience an issue with your product, please contact us [here] to raise a warranty claim. Our team will guide you through the process. Please have your original purchase receipt (from our website or store) ready, as we are unable to process claims without valid proof of purchase.

Please Note:

  • Warranty repairs may take up to 21 working days

  • Warranty is valid from the invoice date

  • Warranty is void if the product shows signs of physical damage, liquid exposure, or third-party tampering

  • A $49 inspection fee may apply for devices with signs of physical or liquid damage

  • TechCrazy is not liable for data loss during repair—please ensure your data is backed up beforehand

  • If we are unable to contact you within 30 days of repair completion, we reserve the right to retain or dispose of the device

  • TechCrazy retains ownership of repaired devices and parts until full payment is received

What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Liquid damage or water exposure

  • Physical damage (cracks, drops, burns)

  • Theft, fire, or loss

  • Misuse, neglect, or incorrect operation

  • Unauthorized or improper installation

  • Power surges or incorrect voltage

  • Environmental damage (temperature, moisture, corrosion)

  • Non-genuine/incompatible accessories

  • Software faults, viruses, password lockouts

  • Third-party repairs or self-repair

  • SIM damage due to incompatibility

Car Audio Warranty Conditions:
To remain eligible for warranty, all car audio equipment must be professionally installed.

  • A valid installer invoice or certificate is required for any claim

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or power surge is not covered
