The Rug Lady team deals directly with manufacturers to ensure that we can offer competitive, value-for-money rugs without the outrageous price tag.
We specialise in a wide range of rugs - from simple, affordable pieces to elegant high-end choices that certainly add the finishing touch to any home.
Delivery is FREE to most locations in Australia. However, please note that we may not be able to deliver to remote locations due to courier restraints or charge an additional fee to engage another courier service for remote delivery. We also cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, or any location outside of Australia.
Your product will ship via one of our standard carriers. Each shipping method has its own standard for time in transit and delivery to your home or business. Delivery time can range from 1 – 10 working days depending on your location.
If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to sign for the product, it will be deemed as an ‘Authority To Leave’ transaction and the product will be left at the delivery address.
The Rug Lady Australia is dedicated to providing quality, value for money, and satisfaction for all our customers. If you’re not happy with your purchase, The Rug Lady will exchange for the value of the product purchase less our actual inbound shipping cost.
Contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of the rug, while the exchange item/s must be returned within 14 days.
Please note that our products are described as accurately as possible, and due to the amount of light in a room, the colour and shades may vary on items.
If you cannot find the rug you're after on our website, a credit note for the value of your purchase will be issued. This credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
This exchange policy will only be valid if the rug purchased is returned to The Rug Lady in its original wrapping, is undamaged, and has no evidence of use.
