Orders are dispatched within 1 business days. Standard shipping times are 3-7 business days within Australia with Australia Post.

Returns

The item must be in its original condition, unused (with original tags and/or packaging), and in the original packaging. If the item is received and is not in original condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Return shipping needs to be paid by the Customer No change of mind fee will be charged however initial shipping fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund. Certain items may be excluded from the change of mind returns policy due to health and hygiene reasons. For example: In ear Headphones, intimates, which includes underwear, hosiery, socks and swimwear due to hygienic reasons.Remedies for defective goods are still available. .

ADDRESS CHANGES:

If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS (return to sender) fee if we are unable to change the details before dispatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer.
