Return Policies

At Vitamart, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product was purchased directly from Vitamart.

  • The product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging and condition.

  • Expired products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Before returning an item, reach out to our customer service team via your Order History in your Account Dashboard to request return authorisation.

  2. Shipping the Product – Once authorised, securely package the item and send it via a traceable shipping method to our Warehouse. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  3. Inspection & Processing – Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product and process your request.

If approved, you may choose between a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or a replacement product.

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return.

If the return is not received within 14 days of approval, a refund may not be issued.

Refunds & Replacements

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange for a new product to be sent.

We do not accept returns after the product’s expiration date.
