Love this hose - I now have two in two locations. Soft, durable fabric and expandable plastic tubing make this hose so user friendly and so easy to store in small spaces. it retracts back to its original collapsed size. The sprinkler gun/nozzle is great and works well on all settings. Just be sure not to turn water pressure on too high, over-expanding and possibly bursting the tubing. Similarly, don't allow the hose to expand to absolute maximum and then leave it unattended with the tap turned on. Release water pressure regularly using the spray gun/nozzle.

Policy for Change of Mind Returns
Returns
Our policy for change of mind lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via your MyDeal account
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Warranty policy
All of our products are warranted for one year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
If we agree that the product has such a defect, we will repair or replace it (at our sole discretion) free of charge for you.
A repair may mean we will send you a repair kit or components which you can fit yourself. Don't worry - we’ll only ask you to do it if it’s easy!
Modifying a product invalidates the warranty.
The warranty is ‘return to base’ and not a free in home service. This means you'll need to return the product to us for service, at your cost.
what is not covered under warranty?
Our warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, abnormal use, overloading, general wear and tear (including cuts and tears), child outgrowing product, not following instructions, transportation damage (including airline or freight), lack of maintenance, negligence, fading, or corrosion as a result of environmental conditions.
If your product is outside the warranty period or terms, we will happily repair your product for a reasonable charge.
Any loss, consequential loss or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly as a result of using product is, expressly excluded.
The warranty is only valid in your country of purchase (as product specifications differ country to country, we may not have the product or parts).
