You have the opportunity to return your product if the product is faulty.
After receiving the product, you have 14 days to contact us via your MyDeal Account to be eligible for a return of the product.
After checking your return request, we will send you a confirmation email.
The product must be returned to us within 7 calendar days of the issue of the confirmation email by us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you change your mind of the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request for a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
