Shipping Policy

Delivery within Australia

woohooPets ships orders every Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays, from our Brisbane-based warehouse.

We use Australia Post for all domestic deliveries, including to PO Boxes and secured Parcel Lockers. Most orders to metro areas are delivered within 1–8 business days, and regional deliveries may take longer.

Orders placed before 12 PM AEST Monday to Friday are typically dispatched within 1 business day. During peak holiday periods or busy promotional times, there may be delays in packing and dispatching orders.

Shipping Costs

• $10.00 for orders below $85.00 total (2–8 Business Days).

• FREE Standard Shipping for all orders over $85.00 (2–8 Business Days).

We want you and your pet to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

If you contact us before your order is packed, we can amend or cancel it. Once shipped, we’re unable to accept change of mind returns.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

• Postage is paid by the customer

• We recommend tracked delivery

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method for the product price only (shipping included if we’re at fault).
