Yarn Marketplace collaborates with First Nations artists to create clothing, accessories, and homewares that celebrate the beauty and diversity of Indigenous art. Every Yarn item supports the artist and can be worn by people of any background, age, and gender. We work with artists from all over the country, from those at the beginning of their career to some of the biggest names in contemporary art. Yarn is passionate about supporting First Nation artists and celebrating First Nations culture with the wider Australian community. From polos to water bottles, every sale pays royalties to the artist and is ally friendly.

Delivery Process:

We ship orders between Monday – Friday, during office hours. We are closed on public holidays. We aim to send our your orders as fast as possible. Occasionally there are slight delays, for example when we have released new collections. We do appreciate your patience. Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services. Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Care Instructions:
To preserve the quality of your garment, we recommend:
• Cold gentle machine wash
• Wash inside out with like colours
• Do not bleach
• Line dry in shade
• Do not tumble dry
• Cool iron if needed
• Do not dry clean

Sizing Information:
We offer a variety of fashion products with different sizing charts based on style and cut.
Please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate sizing chart and fit guide.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

PLEASE NOTE: The returns process can take a number of days. This includes the time it takes for your returned item to be shipped back to us and then 1-2 days for processing after the delivery has arrived at our warehouse.

 

What items are returnable?

Any item within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (excludes Yarn Gallery artwork).

The item must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn with tags attached (you can of course try it on).

What items are non-returnable?

Free gifts or promotional items.

Earrings, face masks, quilt covers and sheet sets are unfortunately not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please note if the item is faulty, it is of course exempt from this rule.

What if an item is faulty?

If you believe there is a fault with your product, please contact us with a detailed description of the fault, including photos and/or a short video. One of our friendly Customer Service Agents will be in touch with you.

Are there any charges for return?

Returns are self paid, we only provide a label with our return address.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless you have received the INCORRECT items.
