Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched Australia-wide from our Brisbane warehouse via Australia Post.

Once your order has been shipped, Australia Post will send you a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress. A signature is required upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes:

• Metro areas: 1–7 business days

• Regional areas: 1–10 business days

If no one is available to receive the delivery, Australia Post will contact you with instructions for alternative collection.

Warranty

A limited warranty is offered to the original purchaser that each new smoke alarm is free from defects under normal use for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. This is in addition to your consumer guarantees and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

The warranty will become void due to any tampering or modifications made to the smoke alarm, neglect of cleaning, physical damage or misuse. Please present original sales invoice from ZEN Smoke Alarms with any warranty claim.

Returns

We offer a 30-day easy returns policy.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply let us know via email or phone call first.

All we ask is that you send the smoke alarms back to us (postage at sender's expense) with the original undamaged packaging where possible.

When returning goods please neatly write your name and order number on the rear of the parcel and use a trackable postal service. The sender maintains responsibility for goods until they have been confirmed delivered and received by ZEN Smoke Alarms.

Upon receiving the returned alarms, a refund of the purchase price less a $14.95 re-stocking fee will be initiated within 24 hours.
