    My husband is an amputee and until this purchase we have had difficulty finding a bed that is reasonably stable when sitting on side of bed. This bed with our mattress gives both of us the right amount of firmness and stability that we both need for comfort. I would recommend this bed 10 out of 10 for us Great buy ,fast delivery and very easy to assemble thank you.

Products are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday (excluding public holidays).

Warranty

We stand by our product quality and offer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship:

  • Mattresses – 10-Year Warranty (5-Year for Bonnell mattresses)

  • Bed Frames – 5-Year Warranty

  • All Other Items – 1-Year Warranty

30-Day Returns

Changed your mind? No problem!
You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping).

Return Conditions

To qualify, items must be:
✅ Unused and unassembled
✅ In original, undamaged packaging
✅ Complete with all tools, hardware & instructions

How to Return

  1. Contact Us – Let us know you’re returning an item.

  2. Ship It Back – Return shipping is at your cost. In-person returns aren’t accepted.

  3. Inspection & Refund – Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund. (Partial refunds apply if the item is not in 'as-new' condition.)

Damaged in Transit?

If your order arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Instead:
📸 Take photos → 🚫 Reject the item → 📞 Contact us ASAP.
We’ll send a replacement and handle the return for you.
