The first hose I received would not retract but after a bit of back and forth between the supplier and me I was sent a new one. It works perfectly and makes watering the garden much easier.

Great value but the hose becomes hard and difficult to use after a couple of months. Good for what you get though for the price. 👍

Exactly what I needed to replace the hose from the burners to a T piece. Now difficult to find as we move from POL to the new type of fitting.

I ordered the wrong size .. but have had no success in returning it for a refund or replacement. No response from vendor and minimal help from MyDeal. Disappointing online experience.

The product is as advertised. Delivery caused some concern initially that it would not be delivered and I would have to travel 50kms to get it myself or pay an extra delivery fee. Then it just arrived two days later without having to pay more or go anywhere. Rather unsettling experience.
