These Certified, 100% Compostable Mailer Satchels are popular for so many reasons. They are environmentally friendly as they can be composted in your own backyard or commercially within 120 days and can be used for personal or commercial reasons. They are handy for business owners to post their orders to customers and great for sending gifts or storing items at home.

How Mailer Bags Work: Step One: Before you compost your Kooppa mailer, make sure to peel off any sticky parts! Step Two: Bury the mailer in the ground so that all microbes in the soil can nibble away at it. Step Three: Now for the magic - within the next 120 days your mailer will have broken down and disappeared.

Storage: Maximise longevity by storing your mailer bags in a dark and dry place. They can be used up to 12 months if stored correctly to ensure their strength is not compromised.
Handling time:
After you place your order, it takes us only 1-2 business days to pick and pack your order and get it picked up by the relevant courier.
Delivery times:
Average shipping time is 1-5 business days for metro areas and 3-10 Business days for regional areas. Express shipping is available only in certain areas and for certain products, your order eligibility and express charge will be confirmed at checkout.
Please note transit times may vary depending on the delivery area and any disruptions to the postal network.
RETURNS POLICY
We provide 30 days money back guarantee for all our products. For certain products, we have extended money back guarantee up to 6 months and even 12 months (refer to the individual product descriptions for more info). Please contact us to make a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee could apply.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a reply paid address so you don't have to pay for return postage.
