2012 Mangerton Estate Shiraz Hunter Valley
Tasting Notes:
This Shiraz is red - amber in colour with an attractive fruit aroma of ripe plums, blackberries and subtle oak.
The palate is medium bodied, yet exhibits full spicy, peppery flavours with a soft, round tannin finish.
This wine has an excellent balance of acid and fruit. A wine ideally suited to roast lamb and game meats.
