1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

I think this is great to keep shoes neat & tidy- also to note how many shoes I’d collected.. Only negative on product - initial difficult to follow assembly instruction brochure as I am older person. I would recommend product for any area of home. Lyn
