We are pleased to present an extra long cobweb duster for cleaning those hard-to-reach places. These dusters have extendable telescoping poles that are capable of reaching high locations like ceilings, the top of ceiling fans, and window blinds. You’ll also be able to dust the tops of tall lamps, book shelves, China cabinets, and other furniture. The pole is made from lightweight aluminium, it weighs less than a kilo, making it extremely easy to lift. This is convenient when you need to lift the duster to clean high locations.

Even though the aluminium pole is very lightweight, it’s also very sturdy, giving you excellent control as you clean those hard-to-reach areas. Use this extendable duster as a spider web cleaner, or as a regular duster. The duster head is round and uses long, soft bristles to clean the dust from any surface—from the floor to the ceiling. This round duster head will be able to clean the dust from even the smallest nooks and crannies. The included duster head is easy to clean. You can gently wash the brush with warm water and a little bit of dish soap. Then rinse the brush and allow it to air dry.

HANDLING TIME

We aim to pick and pack all orders from our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday- Friday). Orders placed on weekends or (Victorian) public holidays will be processed from the next business day. You’ll receive an email when we have shipped your order, or for pick-up, when it is ready to be collected.

DELIVERY POLICY

Home Delivery orders will be sent to street addresses only, we DO NOT deliver internationally or to PO Boxes, although orders placed from overseas can be delivered within Australia.

DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL

We use a wide range of distribution channel to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible. All home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, Fastway, Interparcel, Temando or E-go. In all circumstances, once your order is dispatched an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and URL link to the relevant carrier to track your order

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or that the parcel has been re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be your responsibility to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange for re-delivery at your own expense.

Unused items in their original packaging may be refunded or exchanged within thirty days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding faulty items);
Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate);
Goods received in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of used will be rejected and returned;
The refund amount will be via the original payment method and for the cost of the goods only;
Exchanges can only be held for fourteen days.
