1969 Fender Mustang Bass Competition Orange

An all original Mustang Bass in rare competition orange finish, comes in a period correct Fender hard shell case. According to the dealer decal on rear of headstock, the bass was purchased in Australia from Nicholson’s in Sydney.

This is a rare colour and the front presents beautifully with a slightly faded finish. The back has a large area of touch up paint to the lower bout, an effort to conceal damage to the finish done by a guitar stand.

A compact easy playing bass in a colour that rarely comes to market.
