• Where is the item shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from Taren Point NSW 2229.
• Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately pick up is not available at this stage.
• What courier company will deliver my item?
The carrier will be chosen depending on the buyer's location. We have account with: Aus Post, Courier Please, Fastway and TNT.
• Do you guys ship to an address outside of Australia?
We currently only ship within Australia.
• When will I receive my order

ITEM DETAILS/USE
• Where do I get power from?
The unit needs to be powered by a 12V DC battery (standard car battery) with a minimum size of 24Ah (not included). You can use the same power supply of your boat or trailer. You might need an auto electrician to wire your trailer.
• How do I attach it to my trailer?
For more information on how to attach your Mini Mover to your trailer please refer to the step by step guide on this page.
• Can it be used with my original clamp from my trailer?
It can be used with your original clamp as long as it holds the jockey wheel nice and secure on a vertical position.
• Can I use it with a box trailer?
Yes, it can be used for a Camper Trailer, boat, box trailer, horse float ...
• Is my Mini Mover Waterproof?
No, its not waterproof.
• How heavy is the product
The Mini Mover weights about 17Kg
• Should I replace my standard jockey wheel with the Mini Mover?
Not recommended.
• Whats the maximum load on level ground?
Jack is rated at 2722kg pulling weight and 498kg jockey wheel load. Overloads can damage the Mini Mover, motor, tire etc.
• Does the mover have a break?
Yes, the unit has an automatic brake function. Mini Mover has also a freewheel option engaged when you manually change the clutch to "freespool" position.
• How do I Steer my mover?
Moving the handle provided from left to right. Depending on where your clamp is installed on your trailer you might not be able to fully turn the handle to the other side. In this case, you can drop down the handle from a vertical to horizontal position to enable you to move it across to the other side (more info on step 5 on the step by step section). This is also useful if you need to look down the side of the trailer while you are operating the jockey wheel.
• I have a Kimberley Karavan that weighs 1600 kg and my driveway has a bit of an incline, will it work?
The jockey wheel is capable of moving up to 2722kg's (6000lbs) on an inline of up to 7 degrees.
• Does the Mini Mover Require maintenance or greasing?
All moving parts within the Mini Mover has been lubricated using high temperature lithium grease at the factory. No internal lubrication is require. The unit is also greased for life however heavy usage in high moisture environments may require re-grease.
• Can I buy spare parts if I need it?
Yes we have parts available. Please contact us for stock availability.

Have you recently purchased a product from us and would like to exchange it? To qualify for exchange please check if your product meets the 2 criteria’s bellow:
1. Product is not opened, used, worn or damaged
2. Product is in original packaging with all parts and tags included. We won't accept returns for products without the original packaging.
If your product meets the criteria above, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and we will provide the details so you can exchange your item. If we are not contacted within the 7 days period you won’t be able to exchange your item.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for all the shipping cost related to any exchange including cost to return and to send the new item. The only exception is if we have sent the wrong item by mistake, in this case we will cover all the shipping cost.
You can return your item if:
1. The item is faulty or does not work
2. The item is not fit for the purpose stated in our description or does not match description.
3. Change of Mind

• We must be notified within 60 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time. Please do not send the item back before contacting us.
• Xtreme Safety will cover all shipping expenses at this stage. Please note that the product will be inspected when it arrives to our warehouse and if no problem is found, we will deduct the shipping cost and handling fees (10% of product price for products from 0-20kg or 15% if over 25kg)involved from the buyer’s refund.
• If the problem is confirmed by our technicians we will contact you offering a full refund or a free replacement.
• If you decide to be refunded, we will process it within 3 working days via the method of payment originally billed or any other method that Xtreme Safety considers appropriate.
• If you choose a free replacement, we will post it within 2 working days.
• We must be notified within 30 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time. Please do not send the item back before contacting us.
• Xtreme Safety will cover all shipping expenses.
• Once the product arrives in our warehouse we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 working days via the method of payment originally billed or any other method that Xtreme Safety considers appropriate.
If your item was purchased in error, or you've simply changed your mind, its not the end of the world. Please check bellow if you are eligible for a refund:
• We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it. All relevant returns information will be provided at this time.
• The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we received it. It must be in its original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf).
• The buyer is responsible for any shipping cost involved in returning the item. If you are not sure how to send the item back, we are happy to give you the contact details of some of our couriers partners.
• Do NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
• Handling fees will apply, to be deducted from the refund provided: 10% of product price (0-20kg) or 15% (over 25kg).
• If the item was sent with free postage, the postage cost will also be deducted from the refund amount.
• If the item has sustained damage in transit or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required. Xtreme Safety accepts no responsibility of loss or damage caused during return transit.
Please make sure you contact us before you send the item back to us and we will send you all the necessary paperwork for the return. For every return we will issue a RN (Return number) which should be included inside the package with the product. All other relevant information will be given to you at this time. We will not accept any returns without an RN attached.
