Change of Mind Policy:
In line with MyDeal's policy, we accept change of mind returns within 14 days of receiving your product.
The product must be in a resalable condition: unopened, with any packaging seals intact, unused, unworn, and undamaged.
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, including the cost of return shipping.
Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% to cover processing costs.
Certain products are excluded from change of mind returns (e.g., underwear, swimwear, foodstuffs, face masks, medicines, piercings), as specified in the product listing.
