2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods

4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

I ordered gray and received light gray. They still looked great

For the price, these chairs are better than expected. They were a little fiddly to put together but well worth the effort.
