Instruction 

1. Unscrew(anti-clockwise) the device until the trekking poles of each section can flex freely.
2. Contract or Stretch to the desired length
3. Tighten(clockwise) the device without excessive force until it is fully locked
4. Do not exceed the STOP mark, otherwise, it is easy to break
5. If the tip of the rod is caught in a crack in the stone, try to pull it out vertically instead of shaking it.
