All orders must be placed by 7th December to ensure delivery before Christmas.

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased, please submit an order return request. If you are unsatisfied with our products, we will exchange or refund the purchase price (The Postage Fees would be deducted from the refund). For Non-Faulty or Damage Items: Shipping fees would be deduct from the refund.
Faulty or Damage Items: We will gladly issue a replacement / fully refund. Please Provide the evidence of the defect through a photograph or video.
