Doesn't come with instructions so hard to figure out how to use as it is 3 separate pieces.

It came with no instructions and no labels. I ordered XXL which was on the packet but one piece was XL. The other pieces had no labels. The size is not equivalent to Australian sizes, way too small. It is more like a size L or 16. I am a size 20. The construction is good and the fabric feels gentle but strong. The price is excellent but only go for it if you are a small to medium size.
