Suggestions: This product is considered a 'temporary structure' for occasional use and must be securely fixed due to the size of the item. It may be adequate to use light buy ropes and sandbags to secure the item. The structure can be used for day or night events but not left erected for more than one day. We advise customers to never leave canopy up overnight or under bad weather conditions. We will not be responsible for such weather damages. It is up to the customer’s decision to determine the correct weather conditions.

RETURNS:
- All returns must be approved by Always Direct before the item is sent back. Where appropriate, you will be issued with a return form. The return offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

- If goods are delivered faulty or not of acceptable quality (DOA), please contact us strictly within 14 days of receiving the item for Always Direct to approve a return. After the return has been received an inspected, Always Direct will, at their discretion, provide either a refund, replacement or repair dependent on the situation.
- If an item, upon its return is found not to be faulty after thorough inspection, a $50 service fee may be charged, as well as return shipping costs.
WARRANTY:
- After the DOA period has expired, a further warranty period may apply.
- Most Always Direct products come with a 3 month warranty unless specified otherwise on the individual product description.
- If a fault should arise within the warranty period, a replacement will be issued. If the item is no longer available then a full refund will be given.
- Many products are also covered by a manufacturer's warranty in the event of a defect.
