Our Boxsweden 20 Litre Interlocking Swing Bin is ideal for your kitchen in the home, garage or workplace. Our hygienic design features a swing lid for simple rubbish disposal, an easy to remove top for convenient rubbish removal, and a heavy duty build for long lasting use. Simply push the trash through the centre of the lid. After you dispose of the garbage, the lid automatically swings back to the closed position so you do not need to open or close it and get your hands dirty. Shipping Details

HANDLING TIME

We aim to pick and pack all orders from our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday- Friday). Orders placed on weekends or (Victorian) public holidays will be processed from the next business day. You’ll receive an email when we have shipped your order, or for pick-up, when it is ready to be collected.

DELIVERY POLICY

Home Delivery orders will be sent to street addresses only, we DO NOT deliver internationally or to PO Boxes, although orders placed from overseas can be delivered within Australia.

DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL

We use a wide range of distribution channel to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible. All home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, Fastway, Interparcel, Temando or E-go. In all circumstances, once your order is dispatched an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and URL link to the relevant carrier to track your order

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or that the parcel has been re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be your responsibility to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange for re-delivery at your own expense.

Unused items in their original packaging may be refunded or exchanged within thirty days of purchase.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding faulty items);
Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate);
Goods received in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of used will be rejected and returned;
The refund amount will be via the original payment method and for the cost of the goods only;
Exchanges can only be held for fourteen days.
