How to use:
- Bring water to the boil and pour into a bowl/cup
- Allow boiled water to sit for around 5 minutes
- Hold mouth tray by the tab and submerge the mouth tray into the water ,ou should see the tray begin to -soften- after 10 seconds.
- Once softened, place the mouth tray into your mouth covering your upper ,or lower, teeth
- Close your mouth and create suction between the tray and teeth - i.e suck all air/water away from tray against your teeth
- Open your mouth and gently mould the tray onto your teeth - do this for around 15 seconds before removing from mouth
- Remove tray from mouth and submerge in cool water
- Repeat process for other tray
