Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

It suits my needs really well and looks great. Delivery time was excellent. Buying it on line was effortless. No dramas or confusion that one sometimes gets when ordering online. Just some minor issues with the assembly kit. One large bolt was bent and 2 of the magnetic discs for the doors were missing. I definitely didn't lose the latter.
