    • Installation Caution:
  • Measuring the distance between two mounting holes(The distance between the two mounting holes of the fixed ceramic must be in 12-18cm and the front of the ceramic tank cannot be raised)
  • After installing the three-way PE pipe, please tightened it and open the angle valve, check whether there's any leakage
  • Functional Check:Plug the power and check functional is normal or not(Cleaning and drying functions must be seated before using)

    • All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney.

    • This item comes with a warranty for cartridge and a free replacement warranty on the installation parts (such as cartridges screws nuts etc). The warranty period for bathroom products is 5 years, while the rest of the other products are 1 year upon delivery receipt.

    • To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:

    • If there is no problem with the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), the customer needs to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.

    • Change of mind return is acceptable within 30 days upon delivery receipt.

    • Items that are not installed by a licensed plumber(or licensed electrician) will not be warranted.

    • We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.

    • If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed.
