All products purchased from Le Tour Cycles come with the full Australian manufacturer's warranty. If you should have any issue please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
All returned products will be tested and inspected for defects. If the item is faulty, we will post a working replacement.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will fully reimburse the customer. If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back at the customer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.
Le Tour Cycles records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back.
If the item is the incorrect size or does not suit your needs then you can return the item to us at the buyers expense.
Please note that if it is in need of exchange there is a $10 resend fee for postage

Good quality and fast delivery, adequate padding for safe transit and exactly as advertised. I wish MyDeal also had the 405mm square version at a similarly decent price. We would have bought several of them.

These were exactly as described, I have replaced the old yellowing ones and looks so much better, very happy. It was very easy to order and was delivered so quickly so overall I couldn’t be happier and would definitely order again without hesitation.
