Warranty Policy
Most of Big Discount's products come with a 1-year warranty, unless it is stated on the product listing page. For some products, Big Discount only provides a 90-day warranty.
The warranty will be VOID, where damage to the product is caused by misuse, accident, improper use, abuse, use of product not according to factory recommended operation, tampered to the product, modification, alternation, repair or service of the product other than by us or reasons other than manufacturing defects.
Any Dead on Arrival (DOA) item will be replaced within 7 days from the date of receiving the item. The date will be determined from the proof of delivery date from our courier company system.
Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our success. We're committed to providing quality product. However, things might go wrong in some case. Therefore, we recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
All returns for Warranty and DOA after 7 days of receiving the product will be at the buyer's expense for postage both ways.
All returns must be accompanied with the original packaging and accessories in order to receive a full refund.
We do provide a refund for change of mind. However, the buyer has to pay for postage fee if he/she wishes to do so.
