So, you have just received your item and it is just might not be right for you. No problem you can return your item and get a full refund or exchange of your item’s purchase price for up to 30 days. Return shipping is payable by the customer.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
If your product fails within 60 days or arrives broken, we will repair or replace it. We have the right to get the product back to us or we can ask you to send a picture of the product with the power cord cut in half, so that we can supply you a replacement without the need to return the faulty product. We will pay for the return cost. We will issue you an RMA number, please place that on the product ready for return. Please note that we do NOT accept COD deliveries.
If your product fails outside the 60 days, we cover our products with a return to base warranty, where we will fix/replace the item. We have great rates with our couriers, and we are more than happy to share these with you, just ask and we can get that organised for you.
