Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. If a product is deemed to be faulty after that time, the normal warranty conditions for that product will apply. If you return goods via Australia Post, please ensure you retain the appropriate proof of shipment as an item lost in transit to us will be deemed as unreturned. Please also ensure goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
We recommend that you insure your returned items for the full amount and/or select a trackable shipping method. WallCann can not be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
