Balanced Cal Powder A great calcium and vitamin D3 supplement.
Composition Powder. Each kg contains calcium 363 g (as carbonate 970 g), phosphorus 13 g (as sodium tripolyphosphate 50 g), cholecalciferol 2,000 microgram (vitamin D3 80,000 IU).
Tablets. Calcium 300 mg (as carbonate 750 mg), phosphorus 11 mg (as sodium tripolyphosphate 44 mg), cholecalciferol 1.6 microgram (vitamin D3 64 IU).

Actions Calcium makes up about 2% of bodyweight. It is a mineral element required in macro quantities for normal bone and tooth development, regulation of membrane permeability and the normal functioning of all cells, neuromuscular excitability, blood clotting and milk coagulation and other functions such as maintenance of the acid-base equilibrium. There is a very large store of calcium (99% of body calcium) and phosphorus (80% of body phosphorus) in the bones which fluctuates under the influence of a regulatory mechanism dependent on calcium ingested, calcium excreted, the parathyroid hormone and the presence of vitamin D3.

Indications Calcium and vitamin D3 supplement for dogs, cats and horses; aid in correcting the calcium to phosphorus ratio in meat and grain diets.
Withholding Periods Racing. Do not use in greyhounds within 72 hours of racing.
Dosage and Administration Powder. Dogs, cats. 1 measure (4 g)/500 g meat fed. Horses. Grain diet: 1 measure/400 g of grain fed; bran diet: 2 measures (8 g)/400 g of bran fed.

If you are located in a remote or rural area & you place an order we will contact you to try work out a solution for you, we may be able to deliver your parcel to a town near you. If we are unable to find a solution you will be issued with a full refund.

Change of Mind:

Pet Station will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 30-days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding freight charges) Any goods returned for a refund or exchange must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.

If you received a damaged shipment, product and/or faulty item, please send through photos of the damaged item(s) and include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
